Plume Suites came to life in 2011, when Marie and Michaël Felmann acquired a building on the banks of the Burgundy Canal in Fleurey-sur-Ouche. Originally, the space housed a restaurant and an apartment. But in 2017, driven by the desire to create a true haven of peace, they undertook a complete renovation of the residential space. Their goal? To offer travelers a warm and intimate experience, just steps from their restaurant.

After several years of work and careful consideration of every detail, Plume Suites opens its doors in 2024, offering an elegant and soothing setting, where one can come to recharge one's batteries by the water.
