General Conditions of Sale (GCS) of Plume Suites
1. Reservation and Confirmation
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or credit card payment guarantee.
2. Rates
The prices shown for our rooms do not include tourist tax or cleaning fees.
Tourist tax:
- The tourist tax is calculated at a rate of 3.00% on the room rate, with a maximum rate voted by the municipality of €4.20 per night per person, capped at €4.62 after the addition of the additional departmental tax of 10%.
- Exemptions: The tourist tax does not apply to residents of Fleurey-sur-Ouche or to children under 18.
Cleaning fees:
- A cleaning fee of €30 per stay will be charged.
The cleaning fee will be clearly indicated and added to the total amount of the reservation when you go to the basket, while the tourist tax must be paid on site before accessing the accommodation.
3. Payment
Full payment for the reservation is required at the time of booking. Payments can only be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Banking information is processed securely using an encryption protocol to protect your data.
The total amount of the reservation (including cleaning fees) will be charged upon booking. The tourist tax must be paid on site, before entering the accommodation, in cash or by bank transfer. No arrival will be authorized until the tourist tax has been paid.
4. Cancellation Conditions
- More than 14 days before the arrival date: Free cancellation, no fees charged.
- Between 7 and 14 days before the arrival date: Cancellation with fees equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Less than 7 days before the arrival date: Cancellation with fees equal to 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Modification or cancellation of reservation: Any modification or cancellation must be communicated in writing and confirmed by Plume Suites to be considered valid.
- Cancellation conditions independent of personal circumstances: Cancellation conditions apply even in the event of illness or disruptions related to Covid-19.
5. Check-in et Check-out
- Check-in: Available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. For late or early arrival requests, please contact us in advance.
- Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. Flexible hours can be considered upon request and subject to availability.
6. Liability
Plume Suites cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property occurring during your stay, except in cases of obvious negligence on the part of the establishment.
7. Assurance
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover health risks, reservation cancellation, theft, lost baggage, and other incidents that may occur before or during your stay. Plume Suites declines all liability for any incident that occurs during your stay, including accidents or damage to your personal property.
8. Behavior and Use of Spaces
Guests agree to respect good neighborly conduct and not disturb the peace and quiet of other residents. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
9. Breakage and Damage in the Establishment
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages caused in the rooms or common areas of the establishment. In the event of breakages or damages, the guest will be charged for the necessary repairs.
Customers must immediately report any breakages or damages to the reception desk. In cases of negligence or failure to report, additional charges may apply to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
